Heather Salvatoriello is a Licensed Title Agent and Licensed Florida Realtor with more than two decades of experience in the title insurance and real estate industry. She began her career in 2003 with a large Fortune 500 direct underwriter, where she built a strong foundation in title operations and compliance. In 2009, Heather opened her own title agency, successfully owning and operating it for 14 years before selling the company in 2022.
Having spent years both as a title agency owner and as a Realtor working alongside multiple title companies, Heather brings a rare, full-circle perspective to the real estate transaction process. This experience has allowed her to pinpoint what agents and loan officers value most—and what they often don’t receive. With that insight, Heather founded Haven Title Group, which is now open for business and built with a renewed focus on service, accessibility, and partnership.
Haven Title Group is dedicated to providing the level of service real estate professionals deserve but don’t expect. As a title agent who has truly walked in their shoes, Heather has created a company that serves as a reliable resource for agents and loan officers—even on weekends—when guidance and responsiveness matter most.
Outside of the office, Heather enjoys painting, spending time at the beach, and sharing quality time with her family.
